Jóhanna is pursuing a university degree in Education Science, specializing in Educational Psychology, Research, and Technology. Her personal experience with Icelandic culture and the learning needs of students with disabilities gives her unique insight and leadership capabilities.

Ashley Weser, M.Ed

Co-Founder & Acting COO

Ashley has more than 20 years of experience in education and accessibility advocacy. She has been a classroom teacher, launched hundreds of courses, directed technical teams, and served as Product Manager for multiple nationally recognized adult education and certification programs.

Brittany Kester, Ph.D

Curriculum Developer

Brittany has a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction and is a university Education Librarian. She supports higher education faculty and staff with impactful curriculum design and instruction, with a focus on accessibility and inclusivity. Brittany brings strong collaboration and research skills to the team.

Kristina Ramos-Macadangdang, M.S.

Lead Instructional Designer

Kristina brings more than 15 years of instructional design experience and higher education technical course development. She has designed hundreds of online courses and supported faculty in transforming their content into memorable, effective learning experiences.

Riley Mazezka

Graphic Designer

Riley has served higher education faculty and staff with graphic design services for over two years. Her expertise with color, composition and digital design tools allows her to complete any project in line with the demands of clients and accessibility guidelines.
